1. Connection Troubleshooting
Why is the QR code not loading?
The OpenWA gateway server may still be spinning up a headless browser worker for your session.
- Solution: Allow 15-30 seconds for initialization. The status page polls every 3 seconds and will display the QR code as soon as it is generated.
Why does my status say "DISCONNECTED" or "STOPPED"?
Your mobile device may have lost network connectivity, or you logged out of "WhatAPI Gateway" from WhatsApp's Linked Devices menu.
- Solution: Go to the **Connect WhatsApp** page, generate a new QR code, and scan it again to pair.
